Founded in 2001 by consultants who believed technology should directly support business performance, BPS continues to emphasize practical solutions that help people and teams achieve organizational goals. Headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, we have supported federal and commercial clients nationwide for over 20 years and maintain an Open Ratings customer satisfaction score of 93%.

Input is sought regularly from seasoned and junior staff members alike. Our approach is a blend of fresh new ideas combined with proven methods. We feel that collaboration is paramount to the overall success of our team, and ultimately to our customer’s success.
