GSA IT Schedule 70 (GS-35F-0024R)

We are pleased to offer our services to government clients through our GSA IT Schedule 70 contract.  Our price list can be found at GSAAdvantage.gov under GS-35F-0024R, or click to download a PDF version: BPS GSA FSS Schedule Pricelist 2020-2024.

GSA IT Schedule 70 is the largest and most widely used federal contract vehicle for IT services. It offers the largest selection of vendors and helps streamline acquisitions through standardized terms and on-line RFQs. Federal buyers simply define the work scope (with an SOW, PWS, or SOO), search for vendors on GSA Advantage (e.g., Search > Services > "PMO Support"), issue an RFQ using an eBuy template, evaluate responses, and make an award. Detailed instructions can be found on the GSA website. Note that Schedule 70 was recently consolidated into the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), but the ordering procedures are the same. When ordering, use the special item number (SIN) for IT Professional Services (152-51 or 54151S). Common NAICS codes for IT services are 541512 (Systems Design), 541511 (Programming), 541611 (Management Consulting), and 541519 (Other Computer Related Services).

BPS delivers solutions on both a fixed-price and time-and-materials basis.  Our substantial experience and structured cost estimation approach ensures that projects are delivered within estimated budgets and schedules: in our entire history we have never exceeded the budgeted cost on any contract.

Contracting with BPS via GSA IT Schedule 70

Government agencies can take advantage of easily contracting with and obtain BPS’ professional IT services via our GSA IT Schedule 70 (IT-70) contract. While contracts of any amount can be awarded, simplified acquisitions can often be conducted without engaging support from third-parties when utilizing GSA’s Multiple Award Schedules (MAS), such as IT-70. Please see below for a brief, step-by-step description for how to obtain services, and click THIS LINK for more detailed information from GSA on the steps outlined below.

Step 1. Requirements Analysis

  • Determine if Statement of Work (SOW) required or not requiredA Statement of Work (SOW) is typically used when the task is well-known and can be described in specific terms. Statement of Objective (SOO) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) emphasize performance-based concepts such as desired service outcomes and performance standards. Whereas PWS/SOO's establish high-level outcomes and objectives for performance and PWS's emphasize outcomes, desired results and objectives at a more detailed and measurable level, SOW's provide explicit statements of work direction for the contractor to follow. In layman’s terms: a PWS/SOO does not tell the contractor how to do the work, but rather describes the work in terms of outcomes or results. SOO-based competitions typically take significantly less time to conduct, which is often seen as a benefit.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational as well as any applicable state or local acquisition rules

Step 2. Perform Market Research

  • Find BPS (and other potential IT-70 vendors as needed) to review available services, browse catalogs and price lists, T&C’s, and related information
    • GSA Advantage!
      • Search bar – select “Services” from drop down menu
      • Search by vendor name or capability (i.e. “PMO support”)
    • GSA eLibrary
      • Quick Search – Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) – Select “70 General Purpose Commercial IT Equipment, Software, and Services”
      • Choose applicable Special Item Number (SIN) – 132 51
      • Select set-aside(s)(optional – if needed. BPS is Small Business); Enter vendor name in “Search Contractor T&Cs/Pricelist”

Step 3. RFQ Issuance – Use Ebuy Template

Step 4. Evaluate Responses

Step 5. Make Award
